Those who are big fans of foie gras (like me) and get a bit interested in the force-feeding and breeding process, know that when a duck (I haven't had a chance to eat a good goose foie gras, so cannot say if I don't like it or if I was unlucky) is fed too quickly and too brutally, e.i. the liver is huge, it is disgusting.
