My favourite and the best macaron maker ever, Pierre Hermé, is really fat, while his counterpart, Christophe Michalak (another French celebrity) is slim and fit, but he admits running every day. Both are crazy for sweets of course, hence this problem... I wonder what food bloggers, often obsessed with food, do to stop ourselves from getting obese.
