Today's Food Diary
Breakfast: Rolled oats, raisins, toasted dessicated coconut and sunflower seeds
Lunch: Leftover chicken curry, rice and potato
Dinner: Baked pita filled with potato, mixed vege's and chickpeas (leftovers)
Baking: Bread

Today was a lazy cooking day, with lunch and dinner comprising of leftovers.  Now there is no leftovers left.

Today's Favourite Blog
EatingAsia presents a wonderful and simple chinese recipe - stir fried corn and edamame with sliced bacon. The recipe just has 4 ingredients and is super simple to prepare.

Random Ramblings
One of the youtube videos I enjoyed most today was Heston Blumenthal' in search of perfection fish and chips recipe. The fish batter uses vodka, an interesting concept. He didn't explain why he uses vodka but perhaps the alcohol content on heating evaporates  really fast and this makes the batter more light and crispy.
