Creamed caviar, pork curry and schupfnudeln

Pork Curry

Today's Food Diary
Breakfast: Rolled oats with sultanas, coconut, sunflower seeds and linseeds
Lunch: Pasta and beetroot salad
Dinner: Caviar and whipped cream on pita bread, pork curry with rice and flatbread, french fries, roasted chickpeas
Baking/sweets:

The pork curry was excellent, hot and spicy. 

Whipped cream and caviar is a great combination. I first tried this in a seafood restaurant where it served as a replacement for butter. And a pretty good replacement.

Learning about new foods is always interesting. Schupfnudeln or Swabian Gnocchi is a German gnocchi. Unlike the Italian gnocchi schupfnudeln is made with potatoes which are cooked the previous day. Schupfnudeln are chewy. This is something I will definitely try making someday.
