Breakfast: flaxseed rye sourdough toast
Lunch: Eggplant with blue cheese and potatoes
Dinner: Muesli, flaxseed rye sourdough toast
Baking/sweets:

Great to see blogger back in action after a long pause. Maybe this was Google's subtle way to tell bloggers to take a break!

Its been a long while since I blogged last! Let me think if anything exciting happened since my last post. Not much other than eating way too much muesli. Muesli is healthy but too much of a good thing is probably not good. I added sugar and syrup to some of the muesli so my meal was transformed into dessert! Efficient meal production methods is probably a good thing! Perhaps blogger needs to learn a thing or two about efficiency!

A Vietnamese cafe in Santa Monica, Tiato, is auctioning off a bowl of AnQi Pho soup with a starting bid of $5,000. The pho has Wagyu beef, white alba truffles, a foie gras broth, hand-raised bean sprouts and "noodles" from rare blue lobster meat.

I find the hand raised bean sprouts particularly interesting. An internet search for hand raised bean sprouts did not reveal any enlightening information. Perhaps the term hand raised is being used to justify a higher price. Grass fed beef, hand raised bean sprouts, line caught tuna...exciting times ahead I suppose.
